Organizational
We have many things as a fraternity that need to be organized. Please move all chapter property to a central location (basement?) to be sorted and organized.
Everything that can be moved by one person should be taken to the main basement for catagorization and organization. Make a spreadsheet with a catalog of everything we decide to keep, and where it should go. This is probably the hardest and most important job of work week.
Label everything with its name, property of chi phi and a location where it belongs. The list of storage spaces, along with an incomplete manifest of objects is in Storage Areas. All of these areas should be cleared out.
Disposal
We have a lot of junk that needs to get thrown out. Here is a short list, fill up the dumpster, and after the dumpster is full, stage stuff behind the dumpster until we get it picked up.
Start by taking out all the trash, from all the bins. Take the bins out back for power washing.
Chapter room
- Cuck Chair
- Blue couch
- All boxes/assorted rubbish
Foyer
- Empty boxes, assorted rubbish
Dining Room
- Empty boxes, assorted rubbish
Basement
- Trash, assorted rubbish. Check if unsure.
- Kitchen garbage, moldy containers
- Old detergents in laundry room
- Rubbish in boiler room
Exterior
- A1 Porch Couch
- Paint in backyard
- Random shit around property, bulk garbage
- (volvo is not garbage !!!)
Cleaning
Many things that are not encompassed by regular cleanings need to be cleaned. Here is a short list
- Chandlier needs polished
- Garbage cans need to be powerwashed
- Windowsills throughout the house need to be cleaned
- Basement casement window sills need to be cleaned
- All windows need to be cleaned
- After dishes sink is removed (check with plumbing team), all surfaces in dish pit need to be scrubbed clean
- Dryer vents should be cleaned from the outside
- Deep clean laundry machines, run clean cycle
- Stove exhaust grill should be scrubbed with soap and water. Dont powerwash
- Any paint residue on floors should be cleaned up
- Clean out all the closets after organizational team is finished cleaning out stuff. Let me know after the above is done
